Waste paper firm “Ideal Waste Paper Company” have been charged will allegedly exporting household waste to China marked as paper for recycling.The alleged offense occurred between March 11th and 25th 2009 and related to 29 containers containing around 800 tonnes of waste.
The case is due to continue over the next few weeks and is being presided over by Honour Judge Jones.
The case has been brought to court by the Environmental Agency.
